How do I place an order?
Simply choose from any options on the dropdown menus on each product page, then click the "purchase" button which will take you your cart page and then onto check out.
What currency is used on PlymouthHamilton.com?
Our website is based in US Dollars (USD). However as we have a lot of international customers, our website will convert the USD price to your local currency on all the product pages. If your credit card is based on a non-USA currency, the check out page will show the US Dollar value. Your credit card issuer will process the transaction and exchange the currency to your local currency for you.
What type of Payments do you accept?
Here at Plymouth & Hamilton we want to make things easy for you so we accept all major credit cards. These can include:

We absolutely do! We ship many products worldwide each and every day and have many happy customers in every corner of the globe.

Where is my confirmation email?
Our system automatically sends you a confirmation email of your order details and estimated delivery times once you completed the checkout process. If you didn't receive one, please do not worry. First please:
- Check your Spam folder
- Check your bank statement
- Or you may contact us so we can resend your order details for your records
I did not apply my coupon code. What can I do?
Unfortunately, a coupon code cannot be applied after you have completed the processing of your order. We want you to get those savings, so please be sure to remember to apply your code before finalizing your purchase. Please note that coupon codes can not be combined. Only one(1) coupon per order can be applied.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched. Most of our items leave the warehouse within 2-5 business days of payment, except for our custom products which will have a longer handling time especially during peak times of year such as before Christmas.
USA Orders: This Depends on which shipping method you choose at checkout. you can choose from regular ground shipping which can take 1 to 2 weeks, to priority UPS for 3 day shipping.
International Orders: Delivery typically takes 3-6 weeks after an item ships, sometimes faster.
Due to factors that often affect international shipments, such as holidays, weather conditions, natural disasters or customs, we can only offer an estimate of shipping times. While most packages arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that carriers may experience. In most cases, orders arrive before the allotted time frame. Your patience is very much appreciated - if you have any questions, please contact us.
Can I make changes to my order?
We process orders the same day they are placed. If you wish to make any changes to your order, you may do so up until the time that your order has been processed. Please contact us immediately at email@example.com and we will do our best to help you out, but we cannot make any promises. Once your order has been processed and forwarded to our fulfillment center, we no longer have the ability to make changes to the order.
Is there a tracking number?
Yes, most of our shipments have a tracking number, you can enter your email address and order number on this page to find it: https://plymouth-hamilton.myshopify.com/pages/order-lookup Plymouth & Hamilton guarantees 100% delivery to all destinations so there is no need to worry. Any missing items will be reshipped to you, free of charge.
Please take note that the expected delivery date is provided by the courier, and is subject to change.
I ordered multiple items but only part of my order arrived. Why?
We do our best to reduce costs on your end so you don't have to pay high taxes on your items.
We have a large assortment of products and source them from all over the globe to get the best quality at the best price.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages with no additional shipping charges. You may receive multiple packages on different days. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.
Where are your products from?
Although our headquarters are located in New Zealand, Our current suppliers are located in China, USA and India. We ship directly from the factories to save you the cost of additional shipping + packaging.
Plymouth & Hamilton is not responsible for destination country tax and/or any duty charges that may incur. Customers will be held accountable for any restrictions, duties, taxes, and any other fees collected from the destination country.
Plymouth & Hamilton will not be responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees under any circumstances.
If the order arrives at your country and the customer refuses to accept the package OR no attempt is made in the country of destination to deliver the package, Plymouth & Hamilton reserves the right to abandon the package(s) and will not be responsible for any refund.
